White/grey horizontal lines appearing on Mac Book Screen

Hi guys I have had horizontal grey/white lines appear on my screen. I am not sure why this has happened? The screen as replaced by a local tech store a few months after the original screen was broken due to a pen becoming trapped between screen and key pad. I am just wondering if there is some cable issue causing it? When I collected it after it was repaired I noticed it made a noise from where the screen was connected to the keypad, a clunky sound when it’s opened and closed
