I want to cast NBA League Pass games from my MacBook using Chrome to my Samsung TV. I have a casting dongle but I can only cast sound with it due to the limitations of the device. Any suggestions?

That would be a question for Chrome, Samsung, the dongle manufacturer, or the terms and conditions of your NBA League Pass games subscription. None of them involve Apple.
