why I add question but now I can't see it and when I open page from history I had an error

If you mean a question you posted here in the Community, click on your avatar at the upper-right, click the My Subscriptions tab, then click the Filter and choose "Authored". That will show you any posts you created.

Either it didn't actually post, or the Community Hosts removed it for somehow being in violation of the terms of use here.
