You'll need to work with your bank. It appears that your bank account has been compromised.

You are not alone, and Apple had nothing to do with it. We are not Apple but rather your fellow end users, with no more access to Apple databases than you. There is a way you can check it yourself. Start here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, Apple will have no record of what criminals do, and only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it. Other retailers are being similarly spoofed.

⚠️ Important note for reviewing your Apple purchase history: If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you set the "Apple ID" box to the "All" option to get a complete history of purchases Apple shows as made from your account:

Here are some articles from financial sites reporting the scam, that goes back as long as 10 years:

Our card issuer told us that most of these compromised account number are "mined" from defunct on-line sales sites that were not properly shut down and secured when the company went out of business. We were able to narrow ours down to one of two kitchen accessory sites from whom my wife had bought things but were later out of business.

Check my apple history nothing - no history of buying anything except my cloud for storage? Is safe to have an iphone ? Apple paid?

someone used my bank details and bought a phone with my detail. However, when I buy anything online i get OTP code but did not get any notifications for this purchase. Spoke to 3 different people from apple : manage to get when the phone was taken from COVEnt garden - not sure how they can collect a phone of this value without identification ???! The email and phome number that i was given are not mine so link to my account. I wanted to know who collect the item but they dont know . Happy to take my money but wont give the info that i supposed complete when i bought it . I am disgusting
