Why is my Apple Watch Series 8 not chiming at Bedtime?

My husband & I have identical watch setups on the latest IOS 17; his chimes at bedtime & has a low battery alert if not enough battery for overnight: my watch does neither. We both track sleep successfully but my watch has no bedtime related audio/haptics & there’s no place to set audios except for a morning alarm in Clock. This question has been raised before & received a non-answer; please advise and/or open a ticket to track this bug. Thank you.
