I just had a random Apple notification that a second watch was paired to my phone. I don’t have a second watch, so went in and deleted it right away. Anyone else ever have this happen, or know how this could happen????

Was it a second watch, or was it a notification of your own watch that was updated? If it is a second watch it is really weird and I would suggest to change your apple accounts password and your iPhone passcode just in case
It was a second watch with completely different serial number. My watch I had left at work and the battery died. I checked the find my devices and it still showed at my work address. The other was not listed. It was super freaky.
