To enable my cellular watch, I had an e SIM card connected to my phone and ever since I have been having serious trouble with WhatsApp. Previously I would get notifications on my watch to say a message had arrived. This stopped and in trying to rectify the situation I seem to have mucked up communication with WhatsApp altogether and have no idea how to get it sorted. Help

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
