Unsubscribing from unwanted iTunes charges

Please unsubscribe me from iTunes. I have never subscribed to or used iTunes. I have been receiving emails reminding me of payments and stating that money will be withdrawn from my credit card. Why are they charging me for a service I am not using?

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple does not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share, and none of us have any access to your account to investigate your issue or make any changes.


As to your problem, it's possible that someone has gotten your credit card information and is making fraudulent charges. See:
