Or at least I didn't understand it before. If you were referring to the Trash, then that's something different. I had thought you were using one of those scam "clean up" apps that advertise the removal of "junk" files.
I don't know why you would have that file in your Trash folder. I can tell you that there is a file named "com.apple.StatusKitAgent.plist" located in /System/Library/LaunchAgents.
I don't know why there would be a similarly named file that that strange suffix in your Trash. The file is in a protected system folder. Unless you've disabled your system security, then only Apple can modify that folder. I don't see any modifications of this file since Sonoma 14.7. If you had recently upgraded from an older version of Sonoma, then perhaps it could have been changed.
Probably the least likely explanation, virtually impossible in fact, would be some kind of breach.
