iMac Drive Partition Issue

Hello, I need assistance with an issue on my iMac. My drive is currently split into multiple partitions, and I would like to restore it to the original state as it was when I first purchased the iMac. I tried to partition the drive using Disk Utility, but something went wrong, and now it’s not set up correctly. Could you please help me restore the drive to its initial setup? Thank you.

Since that is a Fusion Drive as well, it may be a bit more complicated than @D.I. Johnson envisioned since the Windows partitions are only on the hard drive portion of the Fusion Drive.

You may need to perform a simple erase of both physical internal drives in order to destroy the current Fusion Drive setup. Within Disk Utility you will need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" before the physical drives appear on the left pane of Disk Utility. Then recreate the Fusioin Drive setup using the instructions in the following Apple article:

Then you would be able to proceed to quit the Terminal app and select the Reinstall macOS option.
