Family members cannot see Final Cut Pro + bundle I brought.

I bought the Final Cut Pro bundle and added it to my computer. But no one from my family sharing can see the app on their Mac. For them, it shows a $499.99 cost. How can I share Final Cut in my Apple account with family members in the family sharing?
