I tried to transfer to Apple Cash but instead I transferred to Apple account from my PayPal card. How can I transfer back to PayPal or to Apple Cash?

It can’t be transferred to a different cash account such as Apple Cash. Federal banking regulations consider that money laundering.
Please contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and explain your confusion and mistake and ask them to reverse the transfer. It can only sent back to the originating account. Again, and other transfer would be money laundering.
