I no longer have access to the Apple account where I opened my Apple card, I have a balance on my Apple card and it's been hard to keep track of it because of this. Is there a way or is it even possible for me to transfer my apple card from the old account to my new Apple account?

No, an Apple Card is a credit card and cannot be transferred to an Apple Account. You can monitor and view your monthly statements and make payments at card.apple.com
