System Settings>Passwords>recommendations

For website auth-gateway.net I have a warning to change my password. I don't think I have even used this website. Have I? Why is it in my computer? PLease give me some info or background to understand what this means.

Not a reachable website. Possibly a poorly encoded redirect in some javascript authentication snippet used it internally and it got recorded in your browser. Or it is a scam of some kind that got recorded.

My guess would be there is no password and that is why Apple passwords doesn't like it.

I would simply delete the whole entry and move on.
