How to remove my old Apple ID and create a new Apple Account?

I can’t login my Apple ID or logout on my phone I can’t reset because I want to remove or delete my Apple ID and login and create new Apple ID account and also on of my gamil account doesn’t work 2step verification wants and I don’t have my number that I created Apple ID on passkey also not working
