The terms and conditions on my new MacBook Pro are all greyed out

I’m not able to accept the terms and conditions on my new Mac book pro. It’s updated. It appears all greyed out.

Apple account

new iCloud terms and conditions

when I click it says to use iCloud I must accept the new terms and conditions

I click terms and conditions and they are grey I scroll but nothing in box to click

nonetheless I click on the I have read and agree box

then agree

it disappears but the notification is still there under the new terms and conditions.

Notifications are issued ONCE and there is no mechanism to rescind a notification once it has been issued. VERY often the notifications you see are STALE by the time you see them.

Delete the notification, and if everything is working as expected, do not give it a moment's more thought.

at what point in the process are you seeing terms and conditions screen?

Have you tried scrolling to the end, to check for (accept) button there?

should have an [x] in the upper left of the actual notification message when you cursor over it.

There’s no x

its just a red circle with a 1 inside the circle and nothing happens when you scroll.
