Hi, about two months ago I replaced my entire Macbook Air 13, M2 (256gb + 8gb) with a new Macbook Air 13, M3 (512gb + 16gb). But I noticed that it discharges very quickly, if I didn't charge my old one on M2 for 2 days, then I charge the new one on M3 almost 2-4 times a day. And I use regular programs like (Chrome, Telegram, Keynote)...

Hi. I'm sure that this is not normal battery operation. First, I advise you to check the battery status itself: Settings - General - System Report - Power Supply (Here we are interested in:
1. Power supply, which should most likely be 100%
2. Status: normal.
If this is really the case, then you should contact Apple support: Mac - Official Apple Support

My software version is 15.1, I don't see any problems with the battery, so it seems to me that this is not a problem with the current update. I advise you to call Apple, so that later, at least, you can check the battery in a service center.

Well, it's strange that when using Chrome, it spends 1% every 2-3 minutes, but before that I had an M2 macbook and there were no such problems, it lasted the declared 18 hours. And this one I charge 3 times a day.

Which is why I have suggested that you try a different browser to determine if Chrome IS the issue. Also, if you are near an AC outlet, it is quite fine to leave the Mac connected to the charge circuit.

What activities are using the majority of the CPU %?
I would stop using Chrome as your browser, and instead try using Safari, Brave or Firefox to determine if your battery life improves.
I have a version sequoia 15.1.1 . I'm just surprised, at the beginning as soon as I bought it everything was fine, but then it started to discharge very quickly
