Hello I forgot my apple ID and password My brother helping me send this request through his phone, I haven't used my iPhone XR a while and I forgot my apple id and password, is there any chance to reset my apple id and password to get back my phone working again? Thanks

go to system settings --> apple account (usually at the top of the page) --> sign in & security --> change password. you will be asked to sign in using the iPhone password or Face ID.
You will be able to see the email used to make the Apple ID there also.
