I just got 4 pop-ups about: load new system extension(s) signed
The 4 pop-ups came one after another, 2 from each 'company'? .
A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by “Legacy Developer: Hp”.
"You can enable these extensions in Privacy & Security System Settings." was also a message maybe on the settings page.
System software from developer “Legacy Developer: Hp” was blacked from loading
---- The 4 messages on the 4 pop-ups:
- A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by “Legacy Developer: Hp”. You can enable these extensions in Privacy & Security System Settings.
- A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by “Unidentified - SeagatePowSecDriver” that need to be updated by the developer.
- A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by “Legacy Developer: Jmicron” that need to be updated by the developer.
- A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by ”Seagate Technologies LLC” that need to be updated by the developer.
On the top one I copied the #1 above and then clicked the button that wasn't [Allow] and the setting opened up that I could have allowed it, but I just closed it, thinking that more harm could come from allowing it [, if necessary I could allow or otherwise get those extensions.
-That pop-up was gone.
On the next three, I did the same thing of copying the message and then the other button inside of [Allow]
-Maybe because the setttings page was still open, a web page opened. There was only 1 web page open after all 3, each time this page was the only one still there, maybe because it replaced the same[/other] web page:
