Unable to download apps from App Store due to payment issue

My app store won’t allow me to download anything that has in app purchases, every time i try to verify my card fails even though all my information is correct. i’ve tried removing it and adding it again, updating my id on the apple site, but nothing is working and everytime i try download something it says verification is needed and tells me to add a card, i add in the details of my card and it says the card is already registered but then when i use the already registered card it fails. nothing seems to work :(

Is the card that you’re trying to use the same region as the region settings of your Apple ID?

If so and the payment method keeps failing please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue

yes they’re both the same region 😓 i guess i’ll have to contact them later on
