What causes Time-Sensitive notifications on iPad?

Since upgrading my iPad Gen 9 from iPadOS 17.7 to 18.0 (then further updates) I've had a 'time-sensitive event' notification every day at 8pm. Touching the notification just dismisses it.

I've looked in Calendar and Reminders but cannot find the event that is triggering this daily notification.

How do I find it?

Mod - Sorry but... I know what causes Time-Sensitive notifications... I just can't find the culprit for the daily 8pm, hence my original 'Find' title for this thread.

I also now know that Time-Sensitive notifications can be shared between devices so have checked both my iPads and iPhone for Notifications and for Focus... and am still none the wiser which app or event is responsible.

Thank you. I was hoping Notification Center would give a clue but the notification appears on the Lock Screen and disappears when I tap on it.

Apps show when Time Sensitive notifications are enabled (I've been through all of them on 3 devices) but don't show when they'll be triggered. I was hoping for a log or list of all Notifications and their triggers.

Ah well.
