My MagSafe Wallet says not my Wallet

I am in Italy travleing and I got the 16 from the US My magsafe wallet says not my wallet. I have always been the user of this and I only have had one account.

Since you don't mention what you have tried yourself so far, here are a few suggestions you can try to resolve this:


  • Restart Your iPhone.
  • After restarting your phone, try detaching, and then, reattaching the Wallet. See if the on-screen prompt appears.
  • Add the Wallet back to Find My.
  • Check to make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS update.
  • Completely remove and re-add the Wallet to Find My.
