I pre-purchased an album in iTunes: Breathe In, by Armin Van Burren. All of the songs can be purchased individually. But not as an album. The album shows as 'Partial Album'.
How can I complete the purchase of the album that I paid for?

For unstated reasons, the iTunes Store (I am looking at the USA Store) has 2 versions of that album: one with 12 tracks, plus another with extended mixes of those 12 plus the same versions of 7 of them. The second version is available only as individual tracks.
I am not sure why Armin is doing it this way, but if you bought those individual tracks from the second version it likely did not trigger the "complete my album" logic. If you feel you have been misled, please contact Apple Support.
Partial album in iTunes since Januuary 12. But, all songs available to purchase.
