Unable to access to iTunes account and library after 20 years

I have been a member for over 20 years and now I find myself locked out of my I tunes site and library. I never use the 2 step login but I did set up the 2 step long ago. When I have in my logins for the 2 questions are [1] 59 chevy & [2] 64 chevy. Now it will not let me in. I don't know why! here is my name address etc.

I am upset because it will not let me access my extensive library of over 20 years. I am 78 years old the past couple weeks I have had to change my login because somehow it got screwedup. Right now I am furious about the runaround I am experiencing trying to get to my account.

I just cannot get in to the account to buy some new material

Can You fix this or do I lose over 20 years of music that I have bought and paid for

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share. So none of us can fix it, per se, though we'll try to help.

The first thing I'd suggest is that you see if you can log into the Apple Account you used to purchase these tracks. Go here:

https://account.apple.com/

and see if you can log in. If you can't, use the "Forgot Password" link to see if you can reset the password and log in. If that still won't work, see:

How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple Account password - Apple Support

If you're able to log in successfully, post back with more details - what version of Windows and iTunes you have and what exactly happens when you try to log into your iTunes Store account, including the text of any error messages, and what is happening when you try to play a track, and someone may have additional suggestions. Note, though, that if you have your tracks on your computer, most will be playable in another music app even if iTunes itself isn't working. Music purchased from the iTunes Store hasn't been copy-protected in years.

Regards.
