managing Apple music library on chromebook

I had downloaded all my CDs on my computer in Apple music. I now own a Chromebook Hp which works with Google. I cannot see my library anymore and when I go on Apple TV to play my music, I often get a Item not available message. I do pay for Apple Match yearly.
