How to set up Mac Pro A1481 for photo editing and graphic works?

Hello. If I have just Mac Pro A1481 which is starting but I have nothing else no screen no adapter etc. is it worth to dig more and buy things to use after (photo editing, small graphics)? Is it worth to invest or better to look for totally new? Thank you.

That would be a Mac Pro (Late 2013), a.k.a. "black trash can".

It can't run anything later than Monterey. Adobe has a policy of only supporting the most recent three versions of macOS. Photoshop will still run on Monterey, but neither Lightroom Classic nor Adobe Camera Raw will. So if you use that machine for photo editing, you would be looking at other programs like Affinity Photo V2, or the free GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP).
