You said that scrolling doesn’t work. Does everything else work?

• If not: make sure that you’re updated to the latest version of macOS (macOS Sequoia 15.1.1). If you are, make sure Bluetooth is on. If it is, then try restarting your Mac. If it still doesn’t work, check for wireless interference. If the issue still persists, contact the Official Apple Support. Remember to provide details like how you have tried scrolling with a different Magic Mouse as well.

My new Brand Magic Mouse doesn't scroll, too. I have iMac 2017 and IOS Ventura 13.7.2. Do I have any chances to use my Magic Mouse? Thank you.

What machine is this? The iMacs come with mice included.
