I create albums of my favourite holiday photos and when I add an apple music from my collection it says it is not shareable. Can someone suggest how to get around this?

I don't believe you can use Apple Music subscription songs in all of the places that you can use purchased music.
You might have to purchase the music from the iTunes Store (or some other online electronic store) – or purchase the music on CD, and then import it to your computer.
