What should I do if my CD music is missing from iTunes?
Lost personally uploaded cd tunes to iTunes when I upgraded my iPhone. Tunes purchased on iTunes Store transferred fine.

Do you still have the master iTunes or Music Library (on a Mac or PC) that you used to load your music onto the old iPhone? If so, you can manually synchronize your new iPhone with that Mac or PC.
