AirPods Pro 2 hearing test failure in soundproof room

I've taken the hearing test 10x in an absolute soundproof room and when it gets through the first ear it fails. Something along the line of "unable to Clarify". Once I got through the left ear and failed on the right, but it didn't even save my left. I am sick of doing this test over and over. It the only reason i got these headphones. Don't even know what to do next.

Thank you for posting your feedback in this Apple (user-to-user) Community forum.

Wondering if you have checked all the requirements for the test have been met:

(Eg: Device with latest iOS version : latest firmware on AirPods)

The hearing features are for those over 18 with mild to moderate hearing loss.
