Which version of iTunes compatible with Mac OS 15.0.1?

Note that "Music" is both the name of Apple's streaming subscription service ("Apple Music") and the name of the application on the Mac which handles (a) Apple Music subscriptions, (b) the iTunes Store, (c) importing music from your own CDs, and (d) playing music. You don't need to be an Apple Music subscriber to use the Music application for the other stuff.

There is no compatible version of iTunes. Use music app instead.

As others have pointed out, you must use the Music app instead of iTunes. FYI, you do not need to subscribe to Apple Music to use the Music app.
