Facing issues with Mail after updating to iPadOS 18

After installing ios 18 emails started to have issues. Have tried every solution listed on forums. Others having the same issues and have tried every suggested solution with either no difference or temporary difference.

Convinced it’s in the iOS but Apple does not seem to acknowledge.
