Sony ear buds not working with new IPhone 16

My new IPhone 16 not recognizing my Sony Bluetooth earbuds. Worked fine with old IPhone 10.

iPhone 16 Plus, iOS 18

Some Bluetooth earbuds may require that you unpair them from the original device in order to pair them with another one. This may be the case here.
