My printer worked when I first got it Christmas now when I use it on my phone I phone 16 plus pro max it has a black screen I unplugged it and charged it and turned it off and on uploaded the app again still black screen what is going on?

Is this the Liene Pearl, a Bluetooth printer? If so, it appears to use a special app, so you should probably contact the printer manufacturer for help to begin with.
Is the iPhone otherwise working OK (without the printer and the special app)?
