Formula using ISIN or WKN for getting market information for ETF?

In my stock portfolio tracker in Numbers I use the formula 'stock' for getting market information for single stocks. As far as I can see, the 'stock' formula is using the ticker symbol. Example: AAPL for APPLE INC.

Most recently I bought a couple of ETF. ETF doesn't have a ticker symbol, but an ISIN / WKN. Means, I cannot use the 'stock' formula for fetching market information.

Is there any other formula to fetch market information for my ETFs in my portfolio tracker in Numbers?

Solution: The stock formula in numbers gets data from Yahoo finance. Even ETF have an unique Yahoo-Finance ID.

When you build your table in numbers, go to the Yahoo finance website, manually search your ETF with the ISIN and find the Yahoo-Finance ID. Copy this ID to your table in apple numbers.

Example: iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF USD (Acc) --> ISIN: IE00B4L5Y983 is Yahoo-ID (IWDA.L).

The 'stock' formula on the yahoo finance ID IWDA.L will return key information, for instance price or 52 week high.

Hope this is helpful!
