iPhone 16 Pro Max with motherboard issue

Will I get a replacement on my iPhone 16 pro max that I have purchased it 2 months ago in Dubai mall apple and it has a motherboard malfunction?

Only the service person that examines the iPhone can determine the status of the iPhone and decide about repair or replacement and its warranty status.
