I cannot make the AirPods2 pass a fit test so they cannot function as hearing aids. Any suggestions? Hopefully Apple AI puts me in the right forum this time.

I couldn’t get thru the hearing test and apple support had no clue. The answer is be sure the AirPods are set to Noise Cancellation. That’s the only way you can get thru the hearing test. You’d think apple support would know this!!!
