How do I recover a streaming playlist of my dad who passed away?

My dad, brothers and I were all on an Apple Music family plan. My dad was the owner of the plan but sadly he passed away Summer of 2023. Since then I was able to take over the payments of the plan and keep all of my music. However there were some playlists that my brother sent me that my dad created on his account(I think he sent them to himself from his phone and then sent them to me via text message) I downloaded the playlists to my apple music and have been able to listen to them for almost a year and a half with no issue. However today the playlists were suddenly gone. I am completely devestated. These were what gave me comfort when I miss him and the only thing that I have left of him that makes me feel close to him. I called apple support and they did a screenshare with my phone and had me go to "Apple Music" under settings and turn on "Add Playlist Songs" which did not work. The woman who was helping me said the only other option is to log into his Apple Music on his device and even then she didn't know if it would recover the playlist since it was a streaming playlist. I do not have access to his device or the password to his apple music account. My other brother who I do not have a relationship with has his phone and I don't think he will be willing to help me. Is there any other way to get the playlist back? I am absolutely devastated and all I want is access to these playlists.

You could try searching your Mac or device for the playlist ... or could it have been accidentally hidden ? ...

if you use Siri ... you could try asking Siri to play it.

If you use iCloud ... check there too.

Else: Wondering if you can recover the playlist from a back-up of your device ?

or

maybe the brother who sent it to you originally could re-send the playlist ?

It may be possible for you or someone in the family to gain access to your Dad's Apple account:

Eg: says there is also this way:
