AirPods Pro 2nd Gen not charging after an hour

Today, around this morning I was going to charge my AirPods Pro 2nd gen, only to find out an hour later that they didn’t even charge, my phone showed me that the AirPods were at 0% and the case at 1%, at first I thought it was a glitch, and tried it again, and still, nothing happened, I then looked on the internet to see what might have happened and tried all the solutions, and they still don’t charge. Does anybody know what might have happened?

This is not normal, however this could be the result of multiple issues, either the cable connection is faulty, there is dust in the charger, or simply because the AirPods are not properly positioned on the wireless charging pad (only if you are using a wireless charging pad with the wireless model). You can also try resetting your AirPods in the find my app by clicking on your AirPods and then clicking the reset button, Unpair, restart, or reset your AirPods - Apple Support. If the problem persists then schedule a repair Apple Repair and Repair Status Check - Official Apple Support, or visit the Genius Bar completely free if the issue is resolved in the Apple Store. Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple.

Also check to see if the little light either inside or outside the case turns on when the AirPods are plugged in, this will indicated if the AirPods are charging by illuminating either an orange or green light depending on the charge.
