I have tried to import songs from a CD but I'm no longer able to. I downloaded the latest version of iTunes, opened it up from the windows menu and tried to troubleshoot using the Apple help guide Import songs from CDs into iTunes on PC - Apple Support
One thing I notices that the guide instructs you to click on the circle in the upper left corner if I dont see the info for the CD, but I also do not see the circle. Any suggestions?

First, have you installed any of the newer apps from Apple: Apple Music, Apple TV or Apple Devices? If so, they take over most of the functions formerly provided by iTunes, but importing CDs is, unless something has changed recently, not supported. If you want to import a CD, then you'll either need to use a third-party app or uninstall those newer apps so that iTunes gets those functions restored.
If you don't have any of those apps installed, post back and someone may be able to offer additional suggestions.

Thank you for your response. I have had apple music installed for a couple of years so I can play my music, but no other apps. Its been a while since I tried to import music, but I had never experienced any issues prior up until a year ago (yes its taken me this long to try and figure out the issue). Any ideas to fix the issue would be appreciated.
The only way to fix this is to either uninstall those newer apps so you can use iTunes again, or use a third-party application that can import CDs. The Apple Music app, to the best of my knowledge, does not have that ability. I haven't used Windows in years so I'm not able to recommend any CD importing software. Someone on a Windows-oriented forum may be able to make a suggestion, or you can just do a web search and look for reviews.

You might try https://cdex.mu/ for CD ripping. I haven't used it in some time, but when an older version of iTunes had an import bug that was my workaround.
