AirPods aren’t fitted to my ear holes - for use it I can’t move my head because it fells.
more than that - after few using minutes I got an earache that prevents me from using AirPods. It’s too big to my ears and it hurts and uncomfortable.
there are any possible solutions or adjustments that I can do?

It seems like this shape of AirPod doesn't fit your ear and that's why it hurts. You'd better try the Pro model and return this model.
Return them for a refund.
Impossible in Israel after opening the box - hygiene issues. I wish that I could buy a 2nd gen and not those elephant ears size things… 😓
