I'm looking for a manual for the MC533LL/A keyboard dock, IF it has instructions for tying symbols such as the degree superscript circle

Keyboard hardware doesn't really have any connection to what gets typed, it's all done by software.

If your device is set to the normal English keyboard layout, degree is at Option Shift 8

Poorly stated request. On some of my android devices I'm able to choose from three different keyboard maps. I didn't expect Apple products to work the same way and hoped for what is in the link you provided. It isn't as easy, but I'll learn some of the combos faster than others, of course.
