I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro today and when I tried to plug the earphones I got this notification “This accessory is not supported by this device” and it can’t be the entry because the charger is working. I’ve also tried to plug the earphones on my previous iPhone XR and they worked.

I've only seen this error when using a "fake" Apple charging cable that didn't include the necessary E75 chip, not with Apple EarPods.
Just to be sure, is this iPhone new, never used, or a refurbished/repaired model? Sorry, I'm not familiar with Worten and I don't know, off-hand, if they are an Authorized Apple Reseller.
Apple no longer sells the iPhone 12 models ... for some time now. Where did you get this "new" iPhone 12 Pro model from? What earphones are you trying to use with it?
I bought my iPhone on a resell store (Worten). My earphones are from Apple (Earpods (Lightning Connector)) and I also bought them on Worten.
