Auto table creation in Numbers with Cells already binded

Heres what i'm doing.

I have a Main Sheet with a table that is the overview of all the sheets (clients) in the file.

In the mainsheet, in the table, there is a hyperlink in every row that takes me to the respective sheet in my file.

Every time I have to create a new sheet, I have to add a row in the main table and '=' all the values manually.

what I want to achieve is, Whenever i Create a new sheet, its values should automatically '=' into the main sheet.

Is this enough to make you guys understand what im trying to achieve? or do you need more details, I tried my best. thanks

I understand what you are trying to do. It isn't possible to do this automatically in spreadsheet apps without complicated formulas and/or a script.

Would you consider keeping all your client data in one table? That way you can take advantage of powerful filters and pivot tables in Numbers to pull out and summarize data by client. That is MUCH easier than scattering your data into different tables and then trying to pull back to together again.

All in one table:

Client Data1 Data2

----- ----- ------

ClientA X 1

ClientA. Y 10

ClientB X 2

ClientA. Z 5

Client B Y 5

As opposed to:

Client A table

X 1

Y 10

Z 5

Client B table

X 2

Y 5

etc.

You will end up with the same results. But one way is MUCH easier.
