Apple TV app does not work on LG TV

The issue of Apple TV app not working on LG TV persists. I have taken all steps in previous posts on this topic, but I continue to get the error "Video Not Available. Please check internet connection and try again"

All other streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Prime video, Peacock) are working fine.

Spoke with Apple Sr. Tech this morning and provided videos of issue, analytics page, and about page. Was advised Apple is aware of the issue and that it has also been reported on Samsung TVs using the AppleTV app. Apple's latest internal update was 1.9.25. I found (and Apple confirmed) a work-around is to fast forward as soon as the app begins to play and prior to getting the error message, ~2 seconds from episode beginning. Hope this helps!
