Lost my notes from 09/2024 till now

So for some reason i thought it was a good idea to unsync my icloud with the notes app. Idk why i did that :(. But when i resynced icloud with notes again, all the notes came back (thats what i thought). But when i checked, only notes till 09/2024 came back, and after that everything is gone. Its not in recently deleted or on my iphone. Also i checked icloud.com to see if i could recover it there but there is nothing to see too.

Can someons please give me a way to recover these lost notes.
