icloud password app on windows computer not working

I have changed my apple id password and now the icloud password app on my windows computer is no longer downloading passwords even though I sign in with the new apple id. It is working on my Apple devices.

Issue with App Specific Generated Passwords on Apple ID Hello, I recently changed my Apple ID password hence I lost all the App specific passwords When I login on my Apple ID profile online (appleid.apple.com) to generate an app specific password the system does not allow me: instead I get this message "continue on one of your devices" but I am stuck here Any solution? I ended up uninstalling the iCloud Password App, which also uninstalled the iCloud App a reinstalling and resyncing the latter
