icloud password app on windows computer not working

I have changed my apple id password and now the icloud password app on my windows computer is no longer downloading passwords even though I sign in with the new apple id. It is working on my Apple devices.

I ended up uninstalling the iCloud Password App, which also uninstalled the iCloud App a reinstalling and resyncing the latter
