I pay 37.95 for family sharing do I cancel my membership to Apple TV because it is included with family sharing?

nothing is included in family sharing on it's own
apple one include appletv+ though
apple sharing just mean you share purchased and some app and features with other members of the family, and if some of them have an appletv+ subscription you can use that.
