Block All Sound Noise Cancellation Airpods Pro 2

Is there a way to block all sound from the exterior? I've read the page about Noise control and transparency mode, I've fiddled with the options everywhere in the configuration, but there is still some sounds that go right through, some muffled but others crystal clear, like some voices or ambient music. I specifically bought this ones because I read that the noise control was great, but I don't want to have to blast the music in my ears to avoid hearing something when that's the noise control job, or even then hearing external sound.
